We're the folks who make DeedMapper, the premier software program for working with old land records, especially those that were surveyed using the metes and bounds survey system.   Our site is for anyone who's interested in platting those old land patents, grants, and deeds, and placing them on a modern map.

Land record research with DeedMapper is taking place in many areas of the country. Our customers have generously donated their deed research so you won't have to duplicate work that's already been done. Check the pool to see if there are deeds you can use.
