DeedMapper Version 4.0
- Number of deeds per project. Unlimited. 1000 deeds or more is practical.
- Number of maps per project is determined by your computer's
speed and amount of memory. Dozens of maps or more is practical
- Headings. Three forms of headings are handled. (They can
even be mixed within the same deed!)
- Standard survey format-- (e.g. N23E 100 poles)
- Degrees/minutes/seconds format-- (e.g. N23/15/32E 85 rods)
- Compass point format-- (e.g. NExN.5N 64 chains)
- Length units: pole, rod, perch, foot, chain, link, vara,
arpent, meter, yard, plus a user-defined unit. Straight line headings
only (no arcs). Additionally, you can redefine any unit to have a
non-standard value.
- Area units: acre, hectare, arpent, labor, plus a user-defined
unit.
- Corners must be within 5 miles (1600 rods/poles) of
each other. Corner placement accuracy is 1 inch.
- Scale: User adjustable between 31' per inch through 12 miles
per inch.
You may install the product on any number of machines for your personal use.
