See discussion under Susannah regarding Ephraim's parentage.

1810 - Delilah Broyles has two daughters living with her,
and two young children, a boy and a girl. This might be Ephraim
and Martha. Madison Co., Va. [5]69:376

11 Feb 1819 - Henry Price and Cornelius Wayland are bound to pay
Ephraim "orphan son of Susan Broyles." [3]3:97. However, [3]2:23
says this date, Henry Price, guardian of Ephraim Broyles, orphan
of Susan Broyles. (Madison Co. W.B. 3, p433) I suspect Ephraim
had just turned 16, thus born c. 1803.
