George and his brother James moved to Texas sometime
roughly around 1890. George died and his widow Callie
remarried. We find her in the census of 1900 with the
two girls in her household. But she is listed as having
had 8 children in her life, with 6 of them still living.
The household contains 4 children, so we can infer that
George and Callie had 4 additional children in the 1880's
and two of them died. Four more children makes perfect
sense given their marriage in 1879. But where are the
two additional children living in 1900?
